Enablers United accepts voluntary donations by UPI, PayTm and direct bank transfer to the trust's account (HDFC Bank, Bannerghatta Road branch). The trust does not use payment gateways, so no processing fees are deducted — 100% of the transferred amount reaches the trust.
Donations may be earmarked for the Humanitarian fund or the Animal rescue fund by noting it in the payment remark. Unmarked donations go to the general corpus and are applied where the need is greatest. Donations in kind (rations, medical supplies, equipment) are accepted by prior arrangement via contact.
The trust is run solely on donations; utilisation is directed hands-on by the trustees toward the programmes documented on this site.
Donations to the trust are voluntary contributions and are, as a rule, non-refundable once applied to charitable work.
Genuine errors — a duplicate transfer, an incorrect amount, or an unintended transaction — will be refunded if reported within 15 days of the transaction with proof of payment. Write to contact@enablersunited.org with the transaction reference; verified refunds are returned to the originating account. Note that a refunded donation cannot also claim 80G exemption.
Enablers United is a charitable trust registered under Indian law and holds 12A registration (income of the trust is exempt) and 80G approval (donors may deduct eligible donations from taxable income under Section 80G of the Income-tax Act, 1961).
To claim the deduction you need a receipt carrying the trust's 80G details and your PAN — request it through the donation receipt form after donating. Receipts are issued after the transaction is verified against the trust's bank statement.
Registration certificates and the trust deed are available to donors, auditors and CSR/grant teams on request.
We collect only what the work requires: contact details you share when donating, requesting a receipt, volunteering or reporting a rescue; and your PAN when it is legally required on an 80G receipt.
This information is used solely to run the trust's programmes — issuing receipts, coordinating volunteers, responding to rescue reports — and is never sold, rented or shared with third parties, except where disclosure is required by law or by tax authorities.
Donor records are retained as required by Indian tax law. To review or correct your information, write to contact@enablersunited.org.
